"Parking spaces were plentiful. The staff were kind and helpful and offered to carry our bags upstairs because there isn't a lift. The family room was a good size and clean and the bed was comfortable and had two pillows. The location, the attention to details, the fluidity of welcoming attentive and informative staff to impeccable grounds, made it a memorable stay. They combine high end service w/ a feeling of being at home, I will most definitely be booking with them again. "It was the first time staying at this hotel. It was a great place overall but what made it an amazing experience was thr hotel staff especially Matthew. Matthew went above and beyond to make our stay amazing he was genuinely kind and had exceptional customer service. Other staff who deserve a mention is Sarah and Anita.
