"This was our second time staying at the Colonial Motel in the past four years, and it was as good as we remembered from the first time. The location is great, in the heart of North Conway village and walkable to many things. The room was spacious and super-clean and nicely appointed. The two front desk people I dealt with were eager to help with any issue, from more coffee for the maker in the room to dining suggestions. "The property has excellent amenities, and very kid / family friendly. Some of the things are outdated and could use a little love but it didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay. Picture perfect and the breakfast was superb. clean, nice, welcoming, homey. highly recommend. "
"We loved the red jacket before it burned down! The townhomes were a good alternative! Everything was great. Staff was friendly and indoor water park was perfect . Air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but overall worked good. I would recommend and stay again although I can’t wait until renovations are completed for the red jacket hotel so the atmosphere on the grounds is what it used to be. "
