"My AC wasn’t the best but another room we rented had good AC. The parking is okay and mostly you are able to park close to your door. I will say on Fri and Sat night, I noticed several call girl situations with some staying there at the motel. Safety seems okay with cameras everywhere. The location is easy to get in and out of and central to La Habra and Brea. I did not like the fact that you had to search out and tell housekeeping not to clean room (I don’t like other people in my room when I’m not there) as the property did not have any privacy hangers for the door. The bed was OK, but the metal base was extremely loud and creaky. For the price, it was a reasonable property."

"Walking into the place seems nice. However, don’t get fulled when you go to the rooms. The room was smelly and nasty. Basically the inside was all ghetto."

"The exterior premises as well as the room seem to be up-to-date and well kept up. The room came with a nice size refrigerator and a microwave. I only wish that it came with a coffee maker. Do the best of my knowledge there is nowhere on site to get coffee, if there is, no one made me aware of it. It’s fairly noisy due to such a Major street in front of the property however, not so noisy. I was not able to sleep. Overall, I found everything clean, the toilet bowl could use a little extra work."

"Breakfast had hot food options which we appreciated, scrambled eggs and some type of sausage each day. Parking seems small but we always found a spot no matter how late we got back. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very spacious and cleaned every day while we were there. Thank you! "

"Dear Hotel Staff, I would like to share my recent experience at your hotel. Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant stay. Around 10:30 pm, we found a cockroach in our room, which made it very uncomfortable for me to sleep. Although we were moved to another room, the situation had already affected our overall experience. I kindly suggest improving cleanliness and paying closer attention to the condition of the rooms. Also, better customer service and care for guests would make a big difference. "Upon check-in, we were told it was a 100% smoke free property. However, the clerk who checked us in reeked of smoke. He smelt like vaccine or vape. Furthermore, he had an AirPod in his left ear and was clearly preoccupied with whatever he was listening to, as we had to repeat every single piece of information to check in. Information we already provided when we reserved and paid for the room. The breakfast was OK. The potatoes and sausages tasted OK but or a little cold and the egg bites were down nasty. The waffle station was good however there was a long line for it complicating getting breakfast when we are in a hurry to leave. I don’t know why this has such a high rating. This hotel is a basic La Quinta, but the location was good for the event we were attending."
