The rooms, bathrooms, bar and décor all look brand new, and the breakfast (€15) was excellent with plenty of choice. The Disney shuttle was also reliable and very convenient. "The day we were there it was the hotest temperature ever recorded, it was very surprising to me that the hotel didn’t have any ice even in the restaurant! we arrived at two pm and couldn’t find anything to eat in the neighborhood everything is closed until five! Be aware of this local restrictions, we were starving and hot!"

"Bonjour, La réceptionniste était d’un professionnel sans nom très serviable et a l’écoute. Cependant des l’arrivée dans la chambre a l’ouverture de la porte une odeur de cigarette froide nous a surpris (étant non fumeurs en plus, et avec une enfant de 4 ans) Nous nous sommes donc dirigés vers la réception , cette pauvre dame était désolée car rien ne pouvait être fait car hôtel complet. Et en nous couchant notamment dans le lit du haut mon mari est tombé sur des fourmis pleins de fourmis...

"This is a hidden gem that we found by accident. We were staying at nearby accommodation that had no air conditioning during the heatwave and for the sake of my family's wellbeing we had to find somewhere air conditioned. This hotel was well priced and it was superb in every sense. If we return to Paris, we will definitely look to stay here again"

"I’m a Disney fan. I’m platinum on Disney cruises and passholder for wide Orlando. I was so excited to take the kids to Disney Paris. Wow. This was an eye opener. Just a couple things that maybe it was my fault for expecting. 1) helpfulness? Not here. I went to the guest services a few times because I had questions. Like my kids needed some extra pillows? No. My wife got bitten by something, where can we get some first aid? Not here too bad. It’s really hot are there ice machines anywhere? No,...

"The property looked nice and it was lovely having the parrots land on the balcony. The drinks in the room were very limited, the staff at reception were a bit rude, some of the machines at breakfast weren’t working and there was nobody around to tell. The guided tour was done by someone who didn’t speak English. The pool was unable to be used as there was an event on near it. On the website it said that dinner was included and we didn’t get dinner."

"The room had no a/c, being an American, I figured I didn’t know how to work the a/c system. I googled how to use it. Watched videos. It still wasn’t working. The first night was super uncomfortable. The second night I asked, they told me my room had no a/c and gave me a portable fan. That I had to carry up to the second floor. Pool was closed. Elevators were also closing due to maintenance. Staff were as extremely nice. I didn’t know we had to pay for breakfast, not worth $12 each person....

"I stayed there on business as I did not want to stay in Paris central, a very quaint little hotel with lovely helpful staff. Surrounding amenities are sparse but there is a nice little bar with attached shop, again friendly staff. I did eat in the hotel the first night and was given lovely homemade food with a beer. Breakfast is as expected with lovely warm bread and butter. Wi-Fi is hit/miss however on my second evening I was given a dongle for my room that worked perfectly well for my needs."

"It was a fuss free check-in experience. We reserved a family room but as it was sold out they offered 2 x double room at the same price which was better than expected as you could do things more efficient with an extra bathroom. Rooms were spacious and bed/pillow was comfy. Bathrooms/toilet was nice. Place felt quite new. Free parking + free breakfast was nice. The parking area had cameras around so felt safe leaving some luggages you didn't need in the car. Overall an impressive stay. "
