I had made reservations when I got there they told me that they only had a king size bed room available. I showed them my confirmation information that I had booked for 2 beds. He said it doesn’t matter don’t book through Expedia because they never get it right. I traveled from out of town. So i canceled and I went to another hotel.

No power

The hotel was without power when I checked in and was still without power when I left in the early morning. Also, there wasn’t any hot water. The power was off because of a bad weather event and no fault of the hotel.

This propert upon arriving looked sketchy when arrived the serviced was not very friendly got into the room and upon arrival inspection hair urine and feces on around toilet and sink had unknown substance on sink hadn’t been vacuumed properly and when asked front for cleaning supplies or wipes were given a little square packet with a towlet the size of my palm to clean with because of circumstances and location we went to the store to get cleaning solution of our own we’re not compensated or put in another room nothing also still under “COVID restrictions in a town lifted of restrictions w no breakfast not even coffee we were given coffee packs for our “room coffee “ and due to the nastinesses of the room yeah no! Definitely do not recommend we got robbed for the amount of the stay and the stay overall no way avoid being ripped off

Check in said 3pm, we arrived in town at 4:05pm and both rooms were not clean or ready. The gentleman at the front said I can check y’all in but rooms will not be ready for another hour. We had to wait till almost 6pm to enter our rooms and I also had my small dog with me. It was a pet friendly place but instead of saying you know for your trouble we won’t charge the extra $20 for the pet fee and inconvenience. Even after I mentioned how I was upset, he still charged all fees. I paid about $470 for both rooms and did not feel like it was worth it. I was disappointed.
