The place is a joke. This is the hotel equivalent of an obese person who has decided they only wear sweatpants! From the moment of arrival, just awful. Booked on Expedia yet at check in, which took 15 minutes at 11 p.m. when I was only one there, they tried to get my credit card off me to pay again. Walked into the room and the light at the door doesn't even work ... so you have to walk into a dark room and try to figure out how to turn the lights on. The phone in the room is dead, should you want to call the front desk. If you call the room from your cell phone, no one answers. Oh, I forgot, NO WIFI! Yep, the wifi "is broken" apparently. When I asked if it will work in the morning the woman basically was like "I don't think so..."! It's 2025, how can you have a hotel with no wifi and no real plans to get it fixed!? Now, back to the room, the alarm clock radio next to the dead phone, is unplugged from the wall and the batteries and battery door both missing. The shower door doesn't slide open or closed without a lot of noise and the fear that it'll fall off. The elevator to the 4th floor took a long, long time. You can tell they just used a bad contractor to build the building and haven't bothered fixing anything. I stay in approximately 100 hotels a year and this is amongst the worst I can ever remember.

Beautiful hotel. Great lounge area, gym is excellent! Breakfast offers a lot of great options. Rooms are clean and spacious. Only negative is bathroom lighting is very dark.

I’ve stayed here several times over the course of years and it has consistently delivered. Everything is top notch. My only complaint is the low output lighting from the compact fluorescent bulbs in the lamps and ceiling. They should swap them out for the much brighter LED’s available now. Still, I will definitely stay there again.

Looks can be deceiving!

Maybe we came in the wrong moment but it was horrible... when check in the receptionist wasnt friendly barely can hear her with the cooler machine making noise. Than she tell us that the key door wasnt working.. they have to open the door for us... didnt like that cause i had my stuff in the room.. than no wifi i had to miss work because of that... the room had dead cricket's or grasshoppers.. The water stink as well...overall i felt so uncomfortable that i was supposed to stay 2 nights i end up leaving afger the 1st night.. they were suppose to refund 1 night and havent dine that either. Dont recommended staying here
