I was much looking forward to staying at Grand Hyatt Cotai again, as it was 9mths ago since my last visit. Living up to its highest standard, Grand Hyatt Cotai never disappointed me indeed! Great to see all those familiar faces (Ken, Victor & Cindy) again at Grand Club, who are extremely professional and model examples to demonstrate the true Grand Hyatt standard! Great to see the new face (Joseph from Korea) too! The breakfast range at Mezza9 was very impressive and surprised too! The seafood congee was so tasty and unforgettable!!! I am already looking forward to my next return, and will choose to stay there again for my next family trip! Thank you!
