"peaceful stay at the house of a local dutch lady who was very helpful and pleasent . the room was very basic and all i really needed as i was out most of the day of my 4 day visit . sezane has a lovley little dog called "pomy" which i hope is well xxx kisses from across the sea pomy . the area was fantasic as it was very close to the museum quarter , but you can only get tickets online to the VAN GOGH museum which i missed ill get there next time "
"Overall this is a great hotel if you don’t want to be in the middle of all the tourist attractions and crowd. Neighborhood gets very quiet at night but you’ll still feel extremely safe. Rooms are rather small but this is not a newly build hotel so pretty common. Be prepared not to have AC during hot summer months though. Love the stay and would recommend "
"What a wonderful hotel! We arrived exhausted after a lengthy redeye and the concierge and desk staff took great care of us, even allowing for a super early check-in (hours before the normal time). Through our 2+ day stay, we were treated cheerfully and conscientiously, and we found our room to be spotlessly clean, comfortable, and stylish. Overall, the hotel is a seamless blend of traditional and modern design, which we loved. The atrium is a wonder. We would stay at the Conservatorium again...
"This was a great place to stay in Amsterdam if you want to be close to the museums and restaurants. It was clean, and the staff was accommodating. It was a little noisy outside in the evenings with street cars and people. We visited in July, and with no air conditioning we needed to keep our windows open.
Overall a good place to stay."

"Wonderful stay. Great location and a beautiful hotel. They could have done a better job cleaning the suite on our second day. Had to call down for a clean after 3pm as it hadn’t been done while we were out and a service tag had been left on the door. The cleaner rushed the late clean and left a dirty rag on the sink counter. Otherwise, the hotel was excellent."
"Very nice hotel in the heart of Amsterdam in a very chic area. Beautiful details in the room and hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. We loved the breakfast every day which was delicious. It is not a big hotel and the room is not huge but it had everything we needed and beautiful decor. The location is perfect. Would stay again."
"Only stayed here for one night by myself whilst exploring the city. I was given room 404 and I adored it! Not only it was decorated in a very fun way, but the view was gorgeous. I spent hours just reading and looking out the window in the late evening. I'd love to go back again some day."
