Appalling Agency (stayincortina) Support

Describing this as a self-catering accommodation without a working oven amd extractor fan is unacceptable. No wifi as advertised either. On the upside, good showers with nice pressure and plentiful hot water, and reasonable bedding. Appalling agency support.

Non siamo stati avvisati che ci era stato assegnato un altro appartamento, avevamo prenotato un appartamento al piano alto con terrazza e ci hanno dato un piano terra senza terrazza ! Inoltre per trovare l’appartamento riscaldato abbiamo dovuto pagare un supplemento di 30€ anticipatamente compilando un modulo e fornendo i dati della carta di credito! È la prima volta che trovo certe condizioni ! Credo sia normale trovare un appartamento riscaldato a fine Novembre ! Ho sempre soggiornato in appartamenti in varie località montane e questa è la prima volta che trovo queste condizioni ! Il supplemento viene richiesto nel momento in cui comunichi l’ora dell’arrivo ! Il tutto unicamente via mail perché al numero di telefono indicato sulla prenotazione è impossibile comunicare ! L’appartamento un po’ datato ma molto pulito !

Angenehmes großes Appartement mit großem umlaufenden Balkon in guter Lage. Check -in und Check-out. Waren problemlos, allerdings sind dafür Englischkenntnisse nötig. Der reservierte Parkplatz liegt schräg gegenüber.

Ottima base di partenza per visitare Cortina e din

La villa è divisa in vari appartamenti, il nostro all'ultimo piano era molto spazioso e confortevole. Non vengono forniti né tovagliette per colazione, né strofinacci per le stoviglie, bisogna fornirsi di tutto. La TV funzionava male ed il segnale è molto scarso. All'arrivo non ci è stata fornita la password del wifi, da chiedere. La posizione è molto comoda, in 5 minuti a piedi di arriva in centro. Parcheggio di fronte alla struttura, ottima soluzione per chi si muove per fare le varie escursioni. Supermercato a due minuti di auto, 10 minuti a piedi.
