"It’s the third time we stay here. It’s a new property at the center of Alba. Cute little town with several high end shops, great restaurants and bars. It’s close to everything we love about Piedmont. Truffles, great pasta and of course the Piedmontese wines. The hotel is great and the staff super helpful. Great stay at a reasonable price in the heart of wine country. "

"Super helpful staff, clean large rooms, maybe a little dated, but everything functioned well. No tea/coffee in room, just in common areas. However on asking, the hotel provided a kettle immediately. "

Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made the whole stay even more enjoyable. My room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the room. The facilities were top-notch, and every area of the hotel was clean and well organized.
