"The staff was extremely helpful in assisting us with transportation needs and communication with our cruise ship. They had a special machine to fill water bottles. The hotel is right next to the “i”, information booth for Venice and we got amazing concert tickets there. The hotel had a nice city map that they gave out too. No complaints!"

"Fantastic and helpful staff. They were accommodating enough to let us drop off luggage a few hours early before check in and the luggage was waiting for us in our room. Fantastic room that was spacious and clean. Perfect for our family of 4. Great location right across from the train station and within walking distance of more than a dozen restaurants. We felt safe and well accommodated there. The only slight hiccup was that, for a hotel of this status, we felt the breakfast was a little lacking. The eggs, sausage, bacon, and beans were not very good. The fruit was fairly mediocre as well. The pastries/bread were adequate, and the cheeses were good, as well as the coffee/hot chocolate. In spite of the mediocre breakfast, in all other regards, this hotel was far and away the best we stayed at during our entire 10-day European trip. I would definitely stay here again."

"Super affordable for visiting an expensive city. Keep your expectations low and it is perfect. It was very clean and nice break. The grocery store is excellent with excellent pricing didn’t eat at the restaurant. Reception staff could be a little bit personable and more polite though."
