"I loved this hotel it's just AMAZING.... Beautiful hotel with a wonderful inifinity pool on the rooftop. Rooms are super comfortable, clean, flawless, great AC. Staff is super welcoming, helpful, kind and willing to serve you great atention. Breakfast was beyond good they offer a great variety and everything is amazing. Also drinks and cocktails are!!! They welcome you with the mini fridge (beers, sodas, snacks) and you can fill up a pitcher of water anytime as much as you want... They also left some cockies at my room on the evening as a surprise and the BEST of all.... they took me to the ferry station for free.... Oh and I forgot to mention.... Great location everything is close many options for dinning, shopping and bars.... Great great great place to stay I totally recommend this place."

"Resort is a steep 400m up a hill to reception and a further distance uphill to some of the villas. We were lucky to stay in Studio 2. Our room was beautiful and not many steps to the restaurant or pool. Staff were very nice and accommodating and have a free shuttle into and from town. If you don’t have general fitness I recommend you contact the resort when booking accommodation."

""It was our first time travelling abroad on our own, and we picked the bunk bed room. I told my friend if we wake up wrecked we’ll switch rooms. We never switched. The beds are genuinely comfortable. I had the top bunk, Chloe had the bottom, and neither of us wanted to get up the next morning. That’s how I judge a bed. The sheets had that clean laundry smell, not perfumed, just fresh. AC was strong, which matters a lot in El Nido. One thing worth knowing: the room has no windows, so during the day you lose track of time and feel a bit cut off from the outside. You get used to it, and honestly we were barely in the room anyway. What made us happy: no breakfast is included but there’s free hot coffee in the lobby every morning, and we made it our daily ritual. Water dispensers on every floor meant we never had to buy bottles. And the housekeeping team left a little surprise in the room that we won’t spoil here. We screamed. Happily.""

""Honestly, as someone who treats eating like a religion, my biggest fear coming to El Nido was checking into a place that slaps “vegan” on the menu and serves you a sad plate of lettuce with nothing to say for itself. H Hotel is not that place. The chickpea omelette eats more like a French crêpe, slightly bitter at the finish, but in an interesting way. I went back for more that evening. Breakfast has real variety too. Over three days I had something different each time: pancakes, the chickpea omelette, yoghurt bowl. The pancakes are genuinely massive, the kind where two people sharing one is not a bad idea, and you’ll still leave full. For dinner I ordered the bang bang tofu. Crispy outside, sweet and spicy sauce, really good. Probably even better shared across a few dishes at the table. One downside: the bathroom is small and nicely designed, but the sliding door angle means water ends up on the floor outside the shower. The hotel does leave a mat there, so they know. I stayed in a sea view room. The balcony with chairs is my favourite thing about it. Early morning the light is still this grey-blue colour, sea and mountains just sitting there quietly. I stayed out longer than I planned. Staff member Sky sorted us a private speedboat for island hopping, just the two of us, not packed onto a boat with thirty strangers. Worth every peso. The massage place next door has a discount for hotel guests. I went twice. The second time I actually needed it."

"The most kind staff we’ve ever encountered. The hospitality really shined here. When we arrived, they greeted us with warm smiles. We stayed for 6 nights and the staff made our engagement celebration a wonderful experience. They make sure you’re comfortable and are quick to correct any issues you may encounter. The staff helped with booking our tours, recommended where to visit, booked private transport, and guided us to best experience El Nido! Truly outstanding service!"
