"The Hayfield Manor was amazing! It has multiple cozy fireplaces, beautiful grounds, the restaurants and bar are fantastic and the staff process exceptional service. Liam and every person on staff we interacted with are just outstanding at what they do. We loved it so much we changed our itinerary to stay and extra night which they also made happen. We will only stay here in the future if we return to Cork."

"My husband and I stayed here for one night while attending a concert in City Hall. The location is very convenient to the city centre but I feel it was not good value for money. I understand hotel rooms prices are at premium for city centre location but our room and bathroom were quite basic and the pillows were way too bulky and hard. I'm not usually a fussy person but I feel we would be entitled to expect more when paying almost €300 for the night. There was a hotel car park which we were delighted with as it assured security for our car and we thought it was free, however, we were asked to pay €15 on checking out. This was not mentioned to us when we were checking in. We did not have breakfast in the hotel and decided not to eat in the restaurant in the evening as the ambiance and room itself did not look appealing. The staff were very friendly and nice and as I said previous it is within 5 mins walking distance of the city centre."
