"On entering our apartment it was apparent the pictures on the website were misleading. The kitchen pictures showed a full oven, in built microwave and plenty of worksurface. We had none of these. When we asked at reception why we hadn't got these facilities we were told that they were pictures of the 2 bedroomed apartments, and as ours was a 1 bedroomed apartment you didn't get any of these! What we actually received was a two ring hob! No oven, no microwave and no worksurface to speak of. As...
