Las 4 estrellas son historia. Nada que ver con lo que era El Portal. Desde que llegas te das cuenta que algo paso con el sevicio. Tienen jovenes sin preparacion en atencion al cliente. El manager del restaurant deja mucho que decir. No quiero mencionar la habitacion y el baño, necesitan remodelar y poner gente que sepa de hoteleria. No mas a ese lugar, ni lo recomiendo.

El hotel es muy lindo y bastante conservado. El personal amable, solo que demoraban en atender. Lo único que no me gusto fue que para desayunar no había lugar porque reservan varias mesas que no se pueden usar (supuestamente porque son para el almuerzo). La solución que nos dieron fue que nos ubicáramos con otras personas que les sobrara lugar en las mesas, no me pareció para nada correcto considerando que es un hotel de 4 estrellas y no un hostel.

Para ser un hotel 4 estrellas le falta frigobar en la habitación, como así tbién mantenimiento en la pintura y madera de las puertas, azulejos del baño, ruido en el picaporte del mismo, etc.

Hermoso hotel para días de calor y sol

El hotel está muy bueno en general. Está muy bien ubicado y tiene dos manzanas de extensión, que se comunican por calle o por un puente vidriado, sin necesidad de salir al exterior. Pero en nuestro caso, no pudimos disfrutar mucho de las instalaciones porque llovió durante varios días y el lugar posee 3 piletas descubiertas y solo una bajo techo climatizada y muy pequeña (desde luego, muy concurrida en días de lluvia). Además, no funcionaba el sauna. Estaría bueno que el hotel contara con más actividades disponibles para esos casos. Otro punto desfavorable, aunque menor es que los servicios de masajes y excursiones son tercerizados, por lo que en la recepción solo marcan el número de teléfono correspondiente y uno tiene que hacer todas las reservaciones directamente. Fuera de eso, el hotel es muy bonito, el personal es súper atento y amable, y la zona es de las más tranquilas de Carlos Paz, a orillas del lago San Roque y con buena oferta gastronómica a pocas cuadras. Además sirven un desayuno muy variado y abundante.

Podrían mejorar bastante los detalles.

El hotel es un buen hotel.. quizás en mi experiencia le faltan detalles para ser 4*. Cómo no tener gimnasio o que las habitaciones de la planta baja den a la calle.. o sea que los transeúntes pueden entrar a la habitación sin ser vistos. Poco seguro. Y las mucamas hacen MUCHO ruido en horario de la mañana o la siesta.

lindo hotel alejado de la ciudad

tranquilo muy limpio excelente atención alejado de la cuidad cerca del lago San Roque y del polideportivo con bares alrededor para salir a cenar, un poco caro el restaurante pero excelente comida.

Ubicacion preciosa, pero envejecido.

Personal super amable, el lugar esta ubicado de maravilla, pero las habitaciones son diminutas, los espacios verdes descuidados,pintura saltada, etc
