A cheap and cheerful option in Cordoba! Good location near the historic centre. The facilities are pretty basic and the decor is a little tired. All I needed was a place to sleep and this was perfectly fine.

Cheap, central location

Central location. Cheap double room with private bathroom. Room is basic and bathroom small, but fine for a short stay. Easy self check in and great communication. We left our bags at sister property after check out which was a 10 min walk away. Lots of great bars and restaurants nearby, 5 mins walk from bus to Airport and City Sightseeing bus which also stops at the train station.

I booked a family room in March and provided ages of everyone. When we arrived, we were turned away by staff as my children aged 13 and 15 did not meet the minimum age of 18 which was not clearly indicated on the web page. At 8:30 pm in the evening we then had to travel to Seville to obtain new accommodation as there was not any available in Cordoba. This was an extra cost of approximately $1200 to us as Arc House charged us for the booking as well. Extremely disappointed as we had to endure such stress and financial cost as well as missing out on seeing Cordoba.

Fallo garrafal de la pagina HOTELS.COM

En primer lugar, no había nadie en recepción, estaba todo cerrado, a base de golpe de teléfono y tres llamadas pudieron atendernos, nosotros en la calle con el frío. Tras contactar con alguien que había de urgencias, nos dieron una clave para poder entrar y coger nosotros personalmente una llave , en un portero electronico. Tras conseguir entrar en la habitación a base de llamadas y sólos, nos dieron "la habitacion de comodín", una habitación que no tenia nada que ver con las de las fotos, la última, pegada a una terraza, donde se escuchaban todo tipo de ruidos, incluidos los de la calle , por lo que no pudimos descansar adecuadamente esa noche. Al parecer, HOTELS.com NO HABIA COMUNICADO AL HOTEL ARC HOUSE RIVERA NUESTRA LLEGADA , lo que significo media hora de averiguaciones y pérdida de tiempo. GARRAFAL . NO RECOMIENDO ESTA PAGINA DE RESERVA DE HOTELES, AL NO ATENDERNOS CORRECTAMENTE . Por otro lado, no fue fallo de la persona que atendió del hotel, puesto que nos atendió bien telefonicamente, si no de la pagina HOTELS.COM , que no comunicó la reserva.

Una mala experiencia

Llegamos a la dirección del hotel y no habia recepción ni nadie que nos atendiera, al llamar me dicen que la recepción queda en otro lugar a 5 minutos caminando, no acepte el tener que desplazarnos con maletas y luego regresar al hotel. Nos dieron la opción de mandar los datos por whats app por medio de un link. Al entrar al hotel el olor a humedad era fuerte. La habitación tambien con olor a humedad ,tenia un tv super pequeñito y el aire acondicionado de los viejos, sin mando y costo poderlo encender (tuve que llamar nuevamente), la cama si estaba cómoda y el cabecero roto, solo tenia una mesa de noche de un solo lado y el baño fatal, el lavabo estaba en la ducha, la manpana era una cortina con moho en la parte de abajo, el bater no bajaba el agua bien (tocaba esperar para intentar hasta que bajara) y el dispensador de jabon liquido tampoco funcionaba.en resumen una mala experiencia Anexare fotos de todo

Mejorable

Se oía todo el ruido de la calle y del resto de huéspedes lo que dificultaba enormemente el descanso, la cama no era nada cómoda y algunas zonas del establecimiento se veían claramente descuidadas. Además la atención es claramente mejorable. Lo mejor que tiene es el precio y la ubicación. Ñ

Para pasar una noche está medio que, no me gusto nada el hecho de que al entrar a la habitación olía muchísimo a tabaco, también teníamos que usar el enchufe del baño para cargar los teléfonos por que al apagar los interruptores de la luz se inhabilitaban los enchufes. En cuanto al ruido, se escuchaba a todo el que pasaba por la calle. Podrían poner mejores almohadas.

El alojamiento está fenomenal situado y los recepcionistas muy amables y eficientes. Los aspectos negativos son que las ventanas no cerraban totalmente (entraba frío) y no tienen recepción allí mismo, hay que ir a otro hostal a recoger las llaves.

Fue una experiencia desagradable cuartos mínimos, sin mantenimiento, el aire acondicionado hacia ruido, colchón en mal estado, textiles viejos y de muy mala calidad, el agua salía fría en la ducha, Tuve que ir a un lugar a hacer el check in, para luego con todo el equipaje ir al que me iba a alojar, que quedaba lejos de allí, pues no tenían recepción, no volvería ni recomiendo

Ha sido una experiencia desagradable Habitación sucia sin persianas sin tv pero lo peor es que no tenia aire acondicionado por lo que no hemos podido dormir con las elevadas temperaturas de Córdoba. Hice una reclamación y no me resolvieron nada. Luego para poder hacer el checkin desde las 15:00 hasta que conseguimos contactar a las 17:00 dando vueltas con las maletas encima. Nunca hemos tenido una experiencia tan desagradable y tampoco pudimos poner una hoja de reclamación porque no hay recepción. Un desastre de viaje sin descanso.

Una estancia corta pero buena

Estancia de sólo una noche pero muy buena, la amabilidad y la simpatía del chico que estaba en recepción de 10, nos ayudó en todo momento. La verdad es que para una noche o una estancia corta está bien. Hay parking Justo al lado y está muy cerquita del puente Romano, Mezquita, etc

订这家酒店时颇费了周折。我们提前了大约两个月就在网上预定了酒店，稳妥起见，我们到西班牙后就由西班牙的朋友提前对所有预定的6家酒店打电话进行确认，唯独这家酒店没有找到我们的订单，经过反反复复、国内国外、几方面的电话沟通，才最终确认了订单。酒店的位置非常好，距离景点都很近，但是住宿条件之简陋令人十分失望（酒店的其他房间正在内部装修）。虽然房间面积足够大但是仅有一张双人床和一个单人被子，连基本的放东西的桌椅都没有，房门修了几次才能锁上，洗澡几乎没有热水。由于酒店旁边是停车场，停车场上面可能是酒吧，又正好是周休日，几乎整夜聚会狂欢的声音让人难以入睡。但愿这是因为酒店正在重新装修的缘故，希望装修完成之后对室内的基本设施进行完善，

Sem ar condicionado a funcionar, sem água quente e sem cortina de duche (caía e não consegui fixar no lugar). Apesar de ter entrado em contato com a receção por WhatsApp, apenas recebi mensagens de resposta automáticas e nunca me foi dada atenção.
