10/10 Excellent

"I’ll keep this short and sweet. The property is beautiful and well kept. It’s huge without really feeling overwhelming. The beach was nice though I was expecting better. Definitely not on the same level as Turks or Barbados. Staff was so hit and miss. The desk staff was genuinely pleasant and helpful, but anybody else around the resort is just “blah”. Nobody was friendly, they answered your question and that’s it. Expected better from somewhere that’s this expensive. Speaking of expensive, it should be a crime what they charge for food. Makes NYC look affordable. We enjoyed our stay, but not sure it makes a “definitely be back” list."

"The place was clean, but I wouldn't recommend it. The food was really terrible. The staff were excellent, but I was very disappointed—despite the reviews claiming the place is outstanding, I personally do not recommend it. For my next vacation, I'll be staying at a different hotel."

"If you are looking for Ritzy Glitzy and activities galore this place is NOT for you. If you want clean, comfortable and relaxing, but slightly outdated, with a staff who are exceptionally helpful you are going to the right place. The rooms were clean and the amenities were sufficient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. I feel like I made some friends!"
