This hotel is NOT the type of place that you get what you pay for. I understand Copenhagen is expensive but this place was extremely expensive and the only positive thing that I can say about it is that is was conveniently located. Everything else was really bad. Be aware that the shower is a wet shower where the toilet is together with the shower. The room is like a box, the area is very noisy in the morning and night even with the window closed and the hotel does not have any good facilities, they don’t even provide proper toiletries. The staff was nice yes but that’s it. Save your money staying somewhere else or spend a little more but this place was not worth it at all.

The room is very small with no fridge and microwave and the worst part of it was the staff I met on my arrival was so racist and very rude.. will never come and advise any of my friends to lodge in this hotel

Perfect location 10mins walk from the main station, there is a supermarket on the same street. 25 minutes walk along the river to Nyhavn. Reception staff were super friendly, I stored my bag for free before check in. (There is also a more secure paid locker for bags) The room was fine but quite small, I was travelling alone so it suited me fine! The shower was amazing, it was like a wet room, I'd read some negative reviews but it was not a problem for me! If I could choose, I would have opted not to stay on the ground floor, half the window was frosted for privacy, but the other half still felt very open to the street right outside.
