"It was well below average in terms of cleanliness and property maintenance. There was a bad smell as soon as I walked in the front door and it stayed there throughout the entire hotel throughout my stay. The caulking in the elevator and in my room was mouldy and the surfaces in the elevator looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. The swimming pool was empty except for the bottom which had accumulated a considerable amount of water which was green and slimy with algae. This was entirely visible from the common area on the first floor and, I imagine, from all rooms facing that direction. Finally, the little complementary bottles of lotion, shampoo, and conditioner had already been used by a previous guest and were half empty when I got there. Sorry for the negative review but, unfortunately, it accurately describes my experience."
