The staff are so helpful, kind and professional. I’ve only had great experiences here. They even shipped my daughter’s pillow back to us when we thought she lost it. Thank you to all the staff.

The cookies in the afternoon were a nice touch. The bed was comfy. Our room was directly across from the elevator, so we heard every conversation of folks waiting for the elevator. Our door was hard to open and shut. The room had a terrible odor so I had to go buy some room freshener. The AC unit was noisy. We had a drip outside our window from the heavy rain that was loud hitting the sill. This property needs to be updated.

This was horrible. The bath tub was disgusting. There was actual blood on the wall that my daughter didn't point out until we were leaving. There were at least two instances where I seen roaches. With an 11 am check out house keeping just walked in at 9 am. Not sure if she knocked because everyone was still sleep. I'm pretty sure Comfort Suites is a no for me anywhere I ever go. We only came because Coastal Carolina is recruiting my son. God forbid that this hotel stay influences his decision. The rates were decent but I absolutely feel that I over paid. If I didn't bring the whole family I would've been better off sleeping in the car.

The property itself was decent. There were only a few small issues. 1. The floor in front of the refrigerator was wet. I had socks on and my socks got wet when I walked over there. 2. Since the room keys are the proximity/ tap type, they don't work on the outside door by the pool (it uses the card that you insert). I done think that door works at all 3. The entrance to the hotel is very hard to see at night. There is a driveway to Cook Out right beside it I would stay there again, as the location is very close to a lot of restaurants and the Tanger Outlets

It was nice and quiet. Rooms were clean, sufficient towels, shower water was hot, tv channels actually matched the available guide, nice view from window. It would be nice if the tv could turn towards sofa area.

Great hotel. Clean. The staff rocks. Very professional and attentive. I found out that there is new management since 3-4 months ago. His name is Eric. He is an amazing guy. I have never been so impressed by a hotel and he is a huge part of that. Basically,,,, professional and kind. A rare package these days.

The bed was very comfortable, the location to our destination was convenient, but the problem was the smell of the air conditioner system. It was so bad we had to turn it off. Once the smell left the room, I was able to sleep. Fortunately, in SC in December, you don't have to run the heat or the air conditioner for very long. If we had had to run them, I would have had to leave the hotel. I will not be reserving a room at the Comfort Inn on 501 in SC again.

They had no room keys. Had to unlock our door every time we came and went and never checked our ID. Would not give us credit because we went through Expedia and didn’t book with them. So we won’t get any credit? Unreal Expedia shouldn’t use them or help us get a credit for total inconvenience for 4 days.

Overall not terrible. The cleaning staff would just come right into the room without knocking. The toilet rocked back and forth and would just start running without being flushed. Shower heads are horrible. Not enough pressure which causes you to take forever in the shower.

The 3rd floor hall carpet needs replaced. Ice machine on 3rd fl not woorking. Impossible to get heat to cycle on/off. Electricity turned off prior to check out time so we had to pack by flashlight. Breakfast buffet not replenished before 730. Wobbley table in breakfast area. Would not stay here again

Front desk person had poor general communication skills and wasn’t friendly at check in. Room was in need of lots of repairs. Chair was obviously ready for the trash . Numerous incomplete paint jobs being done. Toilet stopped up at 11 pm and a plunger wasn’t brought up until 10 am
