Room was very nice, clean, bed was very comfortable. HVAC was a little strange, it would fluctuate from pretty cold to kind of warm. I assume it was some energy saving mechanism. But it tended to fluctuate while I was in the room. So not sure what that was. The food service was ok, every meal was $30 and because if the icy weather, if I had 3 meals it was $90 plus per day. Again, not bad but the food was just ok.

We are local and I needed a place for my parents on Christmas because my house was full of returning kids and my in-laws. The Westin was my first choice because it’s the nicest hotel in The Woodlands. The beds are so comfortable (I stayed here when my power was out after a hurricane). My parents said it’s the most comfortable bed they’ve ever been in. The area around is totally full of shops and restaurants. They enjoyed strolling along the waterway. Super location. Great, comfortable hotel just a few minutes from my house. Fantastic!

Very relaxing stay. Went for a concert that unfortunately cancelled that evening, but the hotel was in walking distance from various places to dine and stores to shop.
