When I went to the hotel it was closed. I had never been to Houston and had to find another hotel at night. I was tired with my one year old son. I never received an email about it. I have tried to contact them and they have not responded for 5 days to get my money back.

Super disappointed!

BAYMONT IN & SUITES was closed when we arrived! Big sign on the door said temporarily closed due to renovation! I was charged and booked for room here and had no where to stay! I had to find another hotel to stay and paid two times more. I am very disappointed!

bad stay

I asked for early check in the desk clark said yes and there was a room ready. I got there. By the way no hotel name on the building any where. When i arrived i had to wait 38 min for my room that wad said wad ready. I had to carryy own towels to the room. There was two of us staying she gave me one towel a wash cloth and one hand two i told her i needed more tiwels. She handed me a small towel. I send my husband down when he arrived to get towels. Ridiculous went to take my shower had the water running to find i could not turn the shower on thete was only a screw on the facet. Dont stay as this on go a little bit down the road if going noryh and stay at that baymonut inn it is great

First time staying at Boymont inn and suites.

The customer service was absolutely awful! I drove up to get immediately checked in and I had to call the number at the front 3 times to get someone! I called for room service early in the morning Because I had to go to work and came back and my room was still dirty! The people there were so lazy and non welcoming I was so disappointed, never staying here again that’s for sure.

A Get-Away

They have a 100.00 room deposit which they refund. Due to CoVid breakfast and the gym was not opened, but the pool. Staff was friendly!

There was no remote for Tv. Had to take own towels from front desk to room . Lights flicker on and off. And finally when off. No plug outlet didn't work. Had kids screaming after midnight outside room no breakfast. And. Coffee cups in room wasnt wrapped in plastic

The hotel itself didnt have a sign at the road, the sign on the front of the building was not there making it extremely difficult to find it for an out of town individual. The hotel rooms were unclean, the toiletries were used and there was half a roll of toilet paper without a replacement.

I didn’t like that they took my money and didn’t allow me to stay either night that I paid for. I called letting them know that I would be checking in late do to driving for 10 hours and falling asleep. I explained to them I was going to have to pullover before I completed the remainder of the drive which would cause me to be late for check in. The lady on the phone said that was fine and that she documented information in my file. I get there only to be told that they put me on a no call no show so not only did I not get to check in Thursday I couldn’t check in Friday either. The lady said she was going to talk to her manager and give me a call back, mind you this was on Friday 10/08/2020. Today is 10/15/2020 and I still have not received a call or anything. So long story short they took my money and probably made double for the room for two nights. The area wasn’t pleasant looking at all the hotel appeared to be a unkept. I regretted spending my money once I drove up to it but it was even worse that they just kept my money and didn’t even bother to call me back and give an explanation.

Worst experience

Horrible management- required prepayment signature on paperwork every day if stay and threatened me with calling police even though I had a signed copy of paid in full receipt. They also had a surprise $100 charged deposit for damage. Made you bring dirty towels down to office each time you needed a fresh towel. No trash pickup. No coffee in room or cups for water. TV had green line in screen. Place was dirty overall. I have never experienced anything like this terrible place. Avoid at all costs!!!

I didn’t stay there the hotel was dark and had all outside entry doors it was not your traditional Baymont Inn. This Hotel looked like a Econo lodge that was being converted, there was no sign except for the logo on the van out front and a small marquee. The pictures are not a good representation of the hotel.

Both of the rooms I booked had half a roll of toilet paper and no replacement. I had to get replacements from the front desk. Both rooms were not cleaned, one had facial hair and food stuck on the dresser and the other had food from the previous guest in the microwave still and the bottles of lotion/shampoo were used. Not only is it upsetting in the first place that we checked in to both rooms and they were both dirty but with covid going on and their 'additional cleaning procedures' being completely false made it overwhelmingly frustrating because I couldnt just get a new room or a new hotel because of the hurricane evacuees.
