"So pictures are deceiving the pictures I seen prior to booking were not the way the rooms looked by any means. The staff at check in were absolutely wonderful, however that was not the case for staff at check out. The 2 men that were on shift at check-in went above and beyond to accommodate for our needs. They even carried in our tremendous amount of belongings since we had to do work during the stay. Staff at check out was terrible we requested a late check out and I thought charged for a late check out but they say we did not and kicked my friend out when I was doing work stuff (the reason for the stay) and away from the room at the time which mind you she did not have anywhere to go with not knowing anyone in the area and not knowing the area to go anywhere."

"Really enjoyed my stay we’ll definitely stay again. I have stayed at several different properties. The food was great. The room was clean very quiet. The only issue I had was the young lady that was doing the alcoholic drinks in the evening. I asked her for a sangria, which was just juice with the Moscato and she told me I could only get it the way it comes out of the bottle that I could not have juice added to it. I have stayed at several properties to where they have given me juice didn’t think it was a big deal, but apparently she thought it was so the next night. I didn’t even get a glass of wine because I couldn’t have juice in it other than that the rest of the staff was very helpful. Made sure that our stay was great."

"Very clean with a great entry scent. Everyone was welcoming. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. The room and bathroom were updated and very clean. Only amenity not provided was soap for bathing. "

"There is no mini fridge in the rooms, the outlets dont work and the toilet had issues. Too expensive for what you get."

"I want to emphasize that the staff was very accommodating. I could see that the cleaning crew took pride in their work. The breakfast staff maintained a clean and welcoming atmosphere. I was happy to eat there. This facility was surprisingly well maintained. An investment would take this hotel to an excellent rating. My room was clean but carpet had several large stains. Pillows were cleaned but extremely flat. There is only subtle changes that management could do that would help me to recommend this hotel."

"Upon checking we were place on the 4th floor after being in the Quality suites we experienced elevator shut down only to be out of service for 3 days of our stay. We were not able to take proper showers due to hot water shortage, the front desk staff seemed to not care about our concerns and choose not to address our concerns. I ask to be moved to another floor. The front desk clerk indicated that he would inform me once the rooms became available he would let me know only to have disappeared at that day of business. Our rooms never got cleaned I only asked for fresh lining and that service wasn’t provided. I assumed this is a family business it appeared that the family lived in the complex they were provided for and I as a paying customer was treated as I didn’t matter. Guess the family occupied all the lower level rooms and I as a customer had to suffer and be inconvenienced because my customer service didn’t matter to them. I hope they get to read this comment and will decide to meet the needs of your customer. "
