"Staff provided me an unusable key, so i had to schlep my luggage back to the front desk to get a key that worked. Then i had to 2X call about noisy neighbors on the floor above me, both at night and the morning. Also, cleaners failed to clean the fridge from previous occupants. On the plus, side, the manager was very apologetic when i addressed these issues with him the next day. He even comped me breakfast as a means of making up for the unsat experience. "

There was a problem with another guest reservation, and we had to hear the issue about 5 times over the phone, once we got to the counter took 3 minutes.
