Was a small, older style motel, expected it to be just 'so-so', but was pleasantly surprised. Spacious room, good beds and furniture, big bathroom countertop, quieter AC, and quieter in general. Great location, between Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. Would definitely come here again.

Perfect location for Manitou Springs

Perfect location to walk into the downtown and across from where the free shuttle to the Incline/Cog railway. Leave your car in the lot and stroll. Lovely gentleman runs the place and his cleaning staff were very helpful.

The motel is very well kept. Our room was super clean, as well as the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is within easy walking distance to downtown Manitou Springs. Our vehicle didn't leave the parking lot the whole time we were there.

Older hotel was well maintained, clean and comfortable. Close to good food in Manitou and near nice hikes. Room had a strong floral odor when we arrived, but it aired out when we opened windows for a while.

Reminded me of the places my parents would choose when I was a kid. Basic, clean & affordable. Has everything you need & close to everything. The terrace was cute & has a nice view of the mountains. The staff was super nice & love free breakfast.

Clean, comfortable, newly remodeled

This is an older motor lodge, convenient to downtown Manitou Springs by car. Noticeably updated and well maintained. Very comfortable beds and very clean. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly. Great value!
