"I asked for clean sheets on the first day, their ac is outdated and the rooms feel humid, I would never come back, some staff in the restaurant could be really rude (Luis) however some can be really kind and helpful. In general, if you look like their ideal customer, you might not get the all-star service. They really prioritize a certain kind of customer and don't treat all customers the same. The hotel itself is nice; it is an older property. The beach is very nice."

"I have few negative comments: the bathroom could use a little love. The sink barely drained and the tub faucet was completely loose. Those are simple fixes that I have no doubt the maintenance staff will address promptly.
Those “complaints” aside, our trip was outstanding and far exceeded my expectations. The property is beautiful and so well cared for. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food is great and the dining venues are great (especially Bella California where you get...

"At check in they were trying to give me a king bed even though I booked two queens traveling with a friend. The rate was a deluxe ocean which should say mostly pool view and partial ocean. Then the room flooded late at night from the rain and was in puddles all over the entire floor and on our beds. They tried to push back on finding a room and gave me a room with a worse view. They told me to speak with the manager on compensation and when I did she said she had no notes and wouldn’t do...

"We stayed at this hotel for a wedding and we enjoyed ourselves. This was both of our first stays at an all inclusive resort and we liked how easy it was. The pools were awesome, I loved how there were 3 + the VIP pool that we got access to with staying in the suite. Honestly the photos do not do us justice. The only reason we stayed here was due to the wedding, we would’ve picked a different place based on the photos alone, but it’s actually gorgeous in person. The cliff side location is...

"This is an amazing resort, super clean, helpful stuff, beautiful views! It's great to relax at this place -
But 3 things that we did not like
A) absolutely zero entertainment, not even a piano bar in the eve, there is nothing to do and it's too far from everything to go have fun in the evening. After few days it becomes very boring
B) complete absence of the beach, I mean you can't even wet your feet in the ocean
C) continental breakfast is just a fruit bowl, juice, cookie and coffee..I mean...

"Clean, older, basic, cool air, roomy, close to Costco, beach is high bank, surfing beach, nice view, apt next to street, basic no frills pool but clean, lacking for restaurants.
Only stayed a couple nights. We live 2 hours north and use Cabo as a staging area to fly to the states. Overall a good “ overnight” hotel but I would not vacation there."
