Hotel right in the middle of Colonia old district with everything easily accessible by foot including bus station, restaurants, ferry, souvenir shops, groceries. Decent breakfast. Old building but clean. Everything was ok for us.

Nice hotel cheapest in the area but looks as good as any other hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating they allow you to drop off bags if it isn’t check in time or leave bags if you have checked out and don’t want to carry luggage around all day until you leave, highly recommended

The hotel is okay to spend a couple of nights. The rooms, the beds, and the bathroom were clean. However, it is evident that the hotel has its years. The facilities feel a bit dated; only the lobby has been renovated. Overall, for the price you pay, it is a fair place to stay.

Good hotel for one or two nights in Cologne. Just steps from the historic center, the most beautiful part of the old city. The service from the staff was excellent. It is true that the rooms are a little dated but they are clean and comfortable. Less than a five minute walk away I was able to see one of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen.

The property conditions are worse than the best motels in USA..Old dingy rooms with carpet, outdated and broken furniture, dirty sheets, a terrible smell, extremely thin walls, rough scratchy towels. I wanted to leave the minute I smelled the lobby. The hallways look like they are from a horror movie. The breakfast is not good. I am usually not picky but I couldn't believe the quality of this property. The staff are not very welcoming but they are quick and polite. Check out was easy. The location is superb, right in the heart of Colonia. They do have very hot shower water and one functioning elevator.

The hotel room was very tired and in need of a revamp. It was also very small. The old wooden panelling makes the room feel dirty when it wasn’t. There is plenty of hot water, toiletries and the room is cleaned each day. The area is extremely safe with shops, bars, restaurants, the port and bus station all within walking distance. The river front is also very near. Breakfast - most of the items were very sweet, although there were some ordinary bread rolls. The fruit looked bruised. Eggs can be purchased at an extra cost. You don’t need more than two days to explore Colonia.

The room was very clean, good shower, unfortunately it didn’t have a refrigerator, there was one small refrigerator outside for the entire floor. The WiFi was strong, the staff very friendly and a very good breakfast with all kinds of pastries, fruit, yogurt, jello, scrambled eggs, real orange juice, excellent coffee, cold cuts, cheese, dulce de leche, cream cheese in other words excellent breakfast
