Entry catastrophe

The stay was wonderful. However our arrival and subsequent inability to get into the building was very disappointing. We had been given a code which didn’t work dispute my husband texting that the code didn’t work. After someone in the building let us in we called the number on the door and they were less than helpful. Actually one of them hung up on us because we weren’t following her convoluted instructions. Despite this we finally figured it out ourselves. Would I recommend this place perhaps if the digital reception was friendlier we might. My husband actually had to help another couple with the same problem accessing their room key and getting in that we had. Not friendly service. Perhaps a short video with what to do would actually be helpful at the check in table. Guys you fell down on this one. Note the white card loader on the white table is a definite problem!!’

Apartment ok, sauber und funktional. Bad: Waschbecken zu schmal und das Brett darüber hinderlich. Betten gut. Leider Warner eine Garnitur bereit, obwohl für 2 Personen gebucht war.

Das Zimmer war von der Lage nicht gut - direkt über Eingang und Raucherbereich. Es gab nächtliche Störungen durch Laute Raucher. Sehr gut war der telefonische Service als ich ohne Zugangsmail vor der Tür stand. Sonst spartanisch und zweckmäßig. Ach ja - der Fernseher war italienisch eingestellt und ich bin gescheitert am linearen Programm. Es wurde Netflix angeboten. Das hab ich nicht und will ich nicht.
