Comfort room very comfortable

I had what was classed as a basic room however I wish all basic rooms were this comfortable. It was large and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The desk was large and equipped with nearby power. The WiFi was excellent in the room and throughout the complex. The bathroom was the highlight. Large Bath, great water pressure and good hot water temperature. Room also had an Nespresso machine and provided two capsules per day. Free bottle water. I really enjoyed my stay here

Hotel perso nella campagna. Nonostante abbia fatto il check in on line (richiesto via mail dall’hotel) perso più di 15 minuti al consierge per avere le chiavi delle camere. Al ristorante sono stato “inseguito” dal cameriere perché non trovava (sul sistema) la mia carta di credito: al check in la “brillante” impiegata aveva messo la mia carta di credito sulla camera di mia moglie… Nel pomeriggio non c’è stato modo di fare un riposino per il gran vociare dei dipendenti dell’hotel e del ristorante che facevano baccano sulla corte interna su cui affacciano le camere. Quattro stelle superiore, ma nemmeno un frigo bar in camera.

Perfekt gelegenes Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens

Meine Buchung war kurzfristig und die Nähe zum Flughafen, ausschlaggebend. Bin spät am Abend angekommen und wurde von einem Herrn in Empfang genommen. Die Begrüßung war kurz und knapp. Lediglich der Hinweis, dass Rauchen 300 € Strafe mit sich bringt, wurde verbal und in Schriftform deutlich ausgeführt. Für mich als Nichtraucher kein Problem, aber der junge Mann kam selbst gerade vom Rauchen… was man deutlich riechen konnte Mein Zimmer lag im zweiten Stock am anderen Ende des Gebäudes. Ich hatte zwei große Koffer dabei und wurde nicht vorgewarnt, dass ich mehrere Stufen rauf und runter müsste, bis zu meinem zugewiesenen Zimmer. Da der Nachtportier alleine war, gab es selbstverständlich auch keine Unterstützung. Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig und hatte ein schönes Bad allerdings mit schlechter Beleuchtung. bei der Abreise hatte ich ein ähnliches Erfahrung wie bei der Anreise. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war mehr an ihrer Frühstücksbestellung interessiert als an meiner Abreise. Ein wirklich nettes Hotel, perfekt gelegen, aber das Personal an der Rezeption könnte ein wenig an kundenorientierter Freundlichkeit arbeiten. gut zu wissen, das Hotel liegt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens, der kein Nachtflugverbot hat. Die Fenster lassen sich gut schließen, aber wenn man so wie ich bei offenem Fenster schlafen möchte, kann es schon mal lauter werden.

ich komme gerne wieder

wie bisher alle Aufenthalte war auch dieser wieder ein Perfekter. Sympathische, freundliche Menschen am Empfang und im Restaurant. Gut geschlafen und den Tag mit einem umfangreichen Frühstücksbuffet begonnen.

Erg rumoerig ‘s-nachts. Je hoort elke deur open gaan en veel gewandel midden in de nacht. ‘S-morgens om 6:00 wordt je wakker van de grasmaaier op de naast gelegen golf plaats. Bij uitchecken vraagt personeel niet naar ervaring dus derhalve deze manier om onvrede te uiten. Geen 4 sterren waard!
