"Whenever I travel, I always use Marriot and am never disappointed. Staff is always so nice and helpful, rooms are always clean and ready. Never had an issue and will continue to book Marriot wherever I go."

"1st room (102) had to roaches run across the floor and microwave was disgustingly dirty. There were (6) roach baits in the room. The gentleman at front desk was kind enough to move me to (103) which was b cleaner and NO roaches running across the floor, it had (5) roach baits (1) mouse trap. Not blankets, no hangers (2) working outlets that plug would not stay I had to charge phone in car."

"No complaints about the hotel. However big issue with hotels.com misrepresenting the room. On the hotels.com website the room was listed as sleeping 4 adults. The description said the room had a king size bed with a pullout sofa bed and that free rollaways were available. I booked the room for three adults. When I arrived I discovered the room had no sofa bed and that the hotel did not have rollaways."

"Check-in was quick. Staff never smiled; they do not like people but are in the hospitality business. Room and floor very quiet while we were there. Ice bin out of commission. Shower curtain couldn’t keep water inside tub. Had to mop up. Only two towels in room. Security and locks on room door did not seem secure! Couldn’t access back parking lot due to disabled building badge access. Single women want to stay in safe and secure buildings. Did not try breakfast amenities. The room was clean. The a/c worked well in the room. Check out was quick. Could have been friendlier!"
