"Great!"
Hamilton Hotel Washington DC
10/10 Excellent
"I've stayed here several times and the staff is excellent every time I go! They are helpful, accomodating and pleasant. The hotel itself is beautiful but I think it is starting to show signs of being dated. There aren't many amenties but there are spaces to work and a restuarant to eat. Most things are walkable from the hotel. Standard rooms are an okay stay but I would recommend upgrading if you can."

Holiday Inn Washington-College Pk (I-95) by IHG

"The facility is clean though dated. We like the breakfast. Its filling. The staff in the dining were great : Noemi and the asian guy. I cannot say the same with the front Im sure their nice but seems needs more training in hospitality. Parking is great. Wawa and Ikea just around the corner-walking distance. Hotel’s location is great Close to major road and interstate."

"Front desk staff was rude and seemed too busy talking on the phone or staying in the back office to actually help. Everything else about the property was great."

TownePlace Suites by Marriott College Park

"Booked at this hotel because had a great experience at a Rochester location. This one was not as exciting but still pretty good. I like the new concept - no bath tub, kitchenette with essential utensils and almost a full size fridge; tall ceiling without pop-corn. It was pretty clean, however I was not 100% sure how frequently they clean shower cabins - there were stains from soaps that previous travellers left and some mold in corners and others hard to reach areas - possibly because fans in bathrooms are not strong enough - quite a bit of moisture stays in - you can also spot moisture damage on the bottom of mirrors. Sheets and towels were very clean though. Breakfast was okay as I expect at hotels. Staff was great - first night we were in a room next door to a family with 3 toddlers and their sleep training was going horribly - kids were crying and screaming well past midnight. The lady on the front desk helped us next morning and moved us to another room and we were able to get good night sleep the other two nights we were there."
