The property was very clean. The breakfast offerings were very good. The elevator malfunctioned on Saturday, requiring me to climb five floors. It was not fixed by Sunday morning, and I had to make the climb twice--with luggage and an ice-chest.

This is the third or fourth time I have stayed at this location. Likes: staff is amazing, hotel and room were clean, breakfast was great, feels like a safe area, five minute drive to a large shopping center that has a Walmart, Royal Farms, Chipotle, Tropical Smoothie, Chick Fil A and other shops, eateries Dislikes: Slow elevator as only one of the two elevators seems to be working, limited parking on the side of building which is the main parking lot (there is a back parking lot) Despite the dislikes, I will continue to stay at this hotel when I’m in the area

Second time staying at this hotel/location. Pros: Wonderful staff, fast check in, very close to gas, food, grocery store, clean room and bathroom, bed is comfortable, well lit parking lot, hotel felt safe, quiet, hot breakfast - not over the top choices but the staff kept the areas clean and food was replenished quickly. Cons: Shower’s water pressure could have been better, fee for parking, non-working outlets on the bedside table/nightstand, limited outlets in the room, not enough towel hooks in the bathroom. That said, the cons would not prevent me from staying again.

Convenient stay, close to DC, but minor surprises Pros: Excellent, friendly, and helpful staff. Great location with easy access into DC. Close to fast food and Walmart for quick convenience. Free breakfast included (a bit limited, but fine for a quick bite). Cons: Hidden mandatory fee: They charge a $5 per night parking fee even if you don't bring a car, despite advertising "parking included." The daily fee policy feels misleading if you aren't parking.

The pool really needs to be fixed or completely removed. Some noisy neighbors late in the evening and a vagrant frequenting the dining room at breakfast (this was taken care of after a couple guests informed staff and a then a key card was required to enter the dining room). I wish the smoking bench was not right next to the front entrance. I do not like walking through a cloud of cigarette smoke when I enter the place in about to call “home.” Particularly because a receptionist was one of the smokers. The staff is GREAT. Very kind and helpful. I would stay again but those were big issues.

Clean room, but a bit of a weird smell. I did have trouble connecting to the wifi, however the front desk was very prompt with helping me sort out the issue. Breakfast was decent. Staff was extremely friendly. Seamless check in and check out process. (Cynthia was great!). I would stay here again.
