"Our stay at Hotel Gran Ciasa was one of the highlights of our Italy vacation. The surroundings are beautiful and you can enjoy them from anywhere within the hotel. You really feel like you are in the mountains, especially in the hot tub and relax rooms. The room was spotless and cozy, the bed a welcome comfort after some nights on very hard mattresses, and the bathroom spacious and luxurious. We recommend the full pensione. "Es befand sich in unserer modernen Ferienwohnung ein Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und 2 Toiletten, sowie ein Geschirrspüler und alles, was man sich in einer Ferienküche wünscht. Insgesamt positiv anzumerken war auch der Zimmerservice und die allgemeine Sauberkeit. Man konnte den Spa Bereich privat je eine Stunde für das Zimmer reservieren. I will point out one person who stood out… Ervis! A great example of perfect hospitality. He is knowledgeable on wine of the region and just a genuine nice human.
