"No idea how it had a 8.6 rating when we booked it. Was old, in disrepair, staff was unfriendly. As my husband stated, you would never stay here."

"I was charged $5.10 more at check in than I reserved the room for on line. This additional charge was not explained to me or authorized by me. There was a lot of loud talking and fighting that went on late at night that made us very uncomfortable. No in-room coffee available and the coffee at the front desk was very weak and had a funny taste."
