We had a wonderful stay at Camere Hostellerie HIBOU. The rooms are wonderfully cozy and clean. The host Davide is kind and very helpful - he suggested some gorgeous hikes in the area and told us about an ongoing local festival. The breakfast was delicious and fueled us for the day. Additionally, the location is walking distance to everywhere in town and the local free bus. Would absolutely stay here again.

Sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber! Gemütliches und grosszügiges Zimmer mit Blick vom Balkon Richtung Gran Paradiso - wunderschön! Zum Frühstück gab‘s frische zubereitetes Rührei mit Schinken, „Crêpes di Laura“ und noch ganz viele andere Köstlichkeiten… Perfetto!!!

Great Small Hotel with Restaurant & Breakfast

Great small hotel with breakfast and restaurant, friendly helpful staff and excellent cleanliness and attention to detail. We enjoyed our room’s balcony after each day hiking and exploring Cogne. Cogne’s many fine restaurants, market and shops were just steps away as was the bus service linking Cogne with Aosta trains or additional fine valleys of the Gran Paradiso NP. Information center in Cogne as well as local bookstore can set up the explorer in you with walks and hikes, and the ski lift is just a km away!

excellente adresse à recommander

Nous avons passé 6 nuits. Très bon accueil, prestations excellentes (chambre, literies, propreté, taille de la chambre et de la SDB, accès au Wi-Fi, etc.). Le petit déjeuner (buffet) est très copieux, équilibré et varié pour un prix très raisonnable (5 Euro). Nous avons fait des sports de montagne tous les jours, il était donc très important pour nous de prendre un solide petit déjeuner, ce qui a été le cas. Le restaurant (pour nos dîners) est très bon, mais d'une classe supérieure à notre besoin. S'il nous avait été proposé des dîners de type "repas familial ", à un prix plus réduit, cela aurait été mieux répondu à notre attente. Mais nous ne formulons aucune critique par rapport aux mets excellents qui sont servis dans le restaurant.

We stayed at the hotel, which is within very easy walking distance of the town, for two nights and ate there both nights - food was wonderful and beautifully prepared. Breakfasts were equally good and all the staff very friendly. The owner was very helpful on where to go and what to see and we both left having had a very pleasant short break.

appena arrivati siamo stati accolti calorosamente. abbiamo passato due notti con cena e siamo stati sempre molto soddisfatti sia del servizio che della cortesia dei gestori. un luogo ideale per potersi spostare comodamente nelle varie località della valle di Cogne. ottima la posizione anche rispetto al centro di Cogne (3 minuti a piedi). lo consiglio vivamente. sicuramente ci tornerò per la mia prossima vacanza invernale...magari per più giorni

Very clean and spacious room, though I'd prefer one with a veranda or a balcony. Very kind and courteous staff at the hotel and the restaurant. Breakfast more than enough served at extra cost . Well located with free parking.
