"What an oasis in the city - so easy to get to from international airport with the hotel over the Wynyard train station. The rooms are so well designed that the small scale felt just right - everything in its place and nothing that we wanted for. The rooftop library was brilliant for catching up on work and colabs with colleagues and the coffee and food spot on! The gym is well equipped and clean with brand new equipment.
Service was exceptional.

"Need to have more accessible power points in the room, particularly by the bedside as most people use their phone as an alarm clock these days, and it’s annoying to have to leap out of bed and across the room to turn it off. "
"Bed is comfortable. The coffee machine was missing a part and not set up to work (ie safety plastic not yet removed) but the staff were lovely & replaced it.
The blinds and curtains are really frustrating to work out. They are at most entertaining but yes frustrating. "
"Fantastic hotel for short stays. Concierge was fantastic with helping us organise a late check-out and they even have bag storage services. We stayed in Sydney for a convention and chose this hotel for its location. Very choice, sandwiched between Town Hall and Darling Harbour, it's incredibly accessible to nearby hotspots."
