Cobrador Island Packages (Flight + Hotel)

Front desk staff great . Clare . Glen . Lisette . Rooms just ok . Leaked water from ceiling and windows . Wet my shoulder bag . Air con didn’t work . Freezing cold and wouldnt switch off .

We booked thru Expedia 3 rooms Sept 20-22, 2025. Paid for 3 rooms with 2 queen beds . At Expedia it advertised it sleeps 4 but when we arrived at the facility I was told the rate covers only 2 person. I was very disappointed with my experience as I had already paid ahead of time. My family and I were left waiting in the lobby for hours, and no one from the staff checked in on us during that time until we decided to pay. While the staff was friendly, it didn’t make up for the poor handling of our situation. In the end, we were told we had to pay extra per person. So, if you're traveling with a large group, I would not recommend staying here you’ll likely end up paying much more than expected.

Right by the beach. Staff was amazing. Food was some of the best we tried on the whole island. Will be staying here again next visit.

Room was very clean but, 3 days in a black spider at least 5 inches from tip to tip of opposite legs, came running out from behind the TV. I killed it after chasing to different areas of the room for about 15 minutes. That ruined 1 night of sleep for my wife. Food was good but not being able to bring in food from the outside was a cheap money grab. it was never mentioned anywhere in ads or Expedia. However we still give it an 8 of 10. We will be back.
