"Spotlessly clean through out the hotel. Delicious breakfast. Reception staff, so very friendly and helpful. Concierge amazingly helpful. Stayed here often, many years ago and we are back and not going anywhere else."

"A handy stay for flights from T4 at LHR and easy walk through connecting bridge to the terminal so keeps you dry in bad weather. Room was adequate but a little worn in places. Breakfast was good and a nice inclusion for all stays."

"Breakfast v.good plenty of choice. Polite staff.Rooms clean but a little tired. Could do with an update particularly the bathroom. Bit of a wait checking in & room not ready at 15.00pm Be prepared to queue. Saying that the view from our room was great overlooking Tower Bridge."

"I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The did not seem to have been dusted, or vacuumed. The bathroom sink did not look to be cleaned and had what appeared to be makeup residue all over it. The soap dispensers were nearly empty. You are only given 2 bath towels and a tiny floor mat. The wall next to the bed appeared to have things smeared on the wall. There must be a night club attached to the building because you can hear and feel the bass of the music until 3AM. Even with ear plugs you can still hear the music and feel the vibrations."
