"Curtains and furnishings probably need to be updated… torn and raggedy. The carpets are actually WET due to humidity… bathrooms need renovation…grout chalk are in poor shape and visibly distasteful. "First time staying in Americus. Was greeted cordially and check in was quick. Room was clean, breakfast was good, and although I'm not a Peleton user, there was a bike in the Fitness Center. Will stay here again."
