"We rented the suite so we needed two beds one in the main room and we needed the use of the pullout couch when we pulled the pullout couch out there was food and crumbs all over it and in the suite other than the very few blankets that were on the main bed, there were no bedding left for the pullout couch. We had a child with us and it delayed the child from going to sleep hours past his bedtime because we had to wait for the staff to come and deliver some blankets. We needed the full bedding...

"Cleanliness was great but a couple small items were overlooked - used sponge in kitchen, half -used lotion bottle in bathroom. The kitchen has a couple pots, plates, cups, and knives. No cutting board, can opener, pans, or oven trays. If you plan to cook, bring what you need. Overall we loved the place, these were small items compared to the location and freindliness of the community."

"It was a great stay for me and my family! My kids loved the indoor pool it was very clean and big. We love the beach access in the back very easy to get to. The staff is extremely friendly and so helpful and so patient with my kids and it was jeep weekend so we were able to see the parade and my kids were able to get lots of ducks and candy it was a surprise to us we had no idea it was going on, we came for my husband birthday. "If you want a place at Ocean Shores with a full kitchen, totally equipped, clean and comfortable accommodations, conveniently located walking distance from grocery store and other shopping, an easy walk to the beach and even a view of the water, the Grey Gull is the place to stay. We have stayed here three times already and this is the place that we will go from now on when we visit Ocean Shores."

"Lighthouse Inn and Suites was great! We have tried out a few hotels at Ocean Shores over the past 6 years, and we were impressed with our experience at the Lighthouse. Our room was clean, with plenty of space for 2 adults, 2 large dogs, and all of our beach gear! Kitchen amenities and the living room space are a nice touch. Also appreciated the proximity to the beach, as it is a very short walk/drive. Made it easy to go back and forth from the beach throughout the day without feeling like it....

"This property needs work. The sidewalk is a tripping hazard, the toilet had a poop stain on it when we walked in. There was no screen on the windows so we could not keep the windows open for the nice breeze. Check in took 20 minutes, "
