Front staff was not helpful with accommodations and hot tub usage saying it was only available by season. He mentioned this was listed on the website which was not. Also the room was not clean, light did not work and spiders.

Easy to get to off hwy 101. Across from Pepper's restaurant. (Fantastic food) Large TV. Everything is clean. Had a great time of rest. Easy parking

Clear Lake Cottages & Marina
There were a lot to f bugs flying around the outside light, next to an unworking bug zapper. You could not open the door w/out a bunch flying in.
