"Breakfast was ok. Room could have gotten cooler"

"The hotel was in a convenient location, right off of I-95, and had ample, safe parking. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was good on the day we stayed. It included cheese omelette, a variety of breads, muffins, cinnamon roll, cereals, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, biscuits & mushroom gravy. The coffee was excellent, they have a machine that grinds beans every time it brews a cup of coffee. My only issue is that breakfast was until 9:30a.m. and by 9:15 there was only one cheese omelette left and the staff said no more items will be made, so several people were upset that the main breakfast offering was gone with 15 min left for breakfast. They should work to fix that problem because many folks like me pick hotels based on breakfast offerings and it is dissapointing to not have options with time left on the clock."

"The stay at Baymont was terrible, the room was not clean. I took Clorox wipes and wiped down everything and the dirt looked like it had been there forever. The tub was nasty even the mattress cover was stained. And there water bugs."

"Breakfast was average or what is the norm for most hotels. I appreciate the coffee always being available. The air in the room was fine, worked well with no issues and not too loud. The day staff was usually no where to be found never at the desk. When I needed assistance I had to go knock on the office door to get someone to help me. A homeless person was asleep on the couch in the dining area. The evening staff , mainly female, were friendly and always at the desk. The shower curtain was ripped and mildew was growing in the bathroom on the sealant and shower bar. When we requested room cleaning, the towels were replaced. The beds were not touched, I mean, sheets not changed or beds made. The bathroom had broken tiles and trim and paint on the back of the door that didn’t match?! For the nightly price of the room, I was very disappointed. I will choose another hotel the next time I’m in the area. The staff was friendly, but friendly doesn’t always translate into great service and clean environment. "

"The staff was great from check in to check out. We also left a few things in the room after check out, they called to make sure we didnt need those things. Definitely good ol southern hospitality "
