The room was large, clean and tidy and didn't smell of smoke (unlike a previous nonsmoking room at a different hotel chain!). There was a fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and TV (with movie channels). Take your own plates/cups/cutlery if using microwave. We couldn't hear anything from adjacent rooms and it was nice and quiet apart from a noisy fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was plentiful parking. We parked at the back so we could access the car via the fire exit...

Stayed here for an overnight stop travelling south. Room was ok but awkward having no sink in the bathroom, it was in main room. Also coffee machine above sink which was a stupid place ! Air con was very noisy. I don't get the corridor music either! Had to phone reception as it was still on late evening, and could hear in our room, she forgot to turn it off. If u fancy a 20 min walk I recommend the Swamp Rabbit bar, lovely beer!

Two night stay to attend a wedding in the area.

Very good venue. busy yet tranquil. No TV blasting away in the bar area. The guitarist (Rick) on Friday night was excellent - good balance of light jazz and not intrusively loud. The meal was excellent but expensive.

One of our go to hotels in this area. Always a friendly welcome from professional and helpful staff, clean rooms and a good choice for breakfast in the morning.

We loved the comfy spacious rooms and the relaxed atmosphere, especially with the communal spaces (kitchen, dinning room and living room). We also felt very looked after with the well-stocked cupboards and self-serve approach to use of kitchen facilities. Use of the bicycles was an added bonus. We can't wait to return and have recommended it to family and friends.
