The place is not bad at all, it had everything we wanted for our stay with a baby but the heat in the room is unbearable and although there was one ventilator we gave it to the baby and we suffered and didn't sleep at all from the extreme heat.

Very well placed for the rugby stadium with very good tram link to the centre which is a c.30 min walk. Little grocery store and boulangerie a 5 min walk away and some places to eat nearby. Useful to have a washing machine and tumble dryer on site. No air conditioning which would be unpleasant when hot. If you require parking, reconfirm this at least twice as once was not enough for the message to get through and you need a fob to enter the parking. Major downside for us was no wifi at all during our Sun-Thurs stay which was very inconvenient.

The five Euro a day secure parking was a huge convenience. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Faolipa (spelling?) who went above and beyond to help us find the parking lot, opened the safe that the previous tenant had left locked within 5 minutes of our asking her, and was always cheerful and happy to help us. Location is excellent with view of Rugby stadium, around the corner from the Michelin Experience, and walking distance to the old city. Maintenance responded quickly to minor issues with bathtub/shower and repaired problem. Apartment is basic. No dishwasher, no oven, under-the-counter refrigerator with a tiny freezer.

Very basic, very poor.
Very, very basic accomodation. Reception closes at 5pm, so it's self check- in for most. For me, I couldn't open the front door as the passcode didn't work. Another couple couldn't get their keys as they had been given the wrong safe combination. The internet didn't work at all during the stay. As reception is closed all weekend, there wasn't anyone to fix it.

Clean, smart & efficient Apartment
Stayed on a one night stopover en-route to St. Etienne for the Euro's. Great little apartment hotel - clean functional, good space in the rooms, tidy little kitchen and walking distance to the town centre. This would be ideal for Rugby fans as its a stones throw from the stadium.

je descends très régulièrement à cet établissement, et les chambres ils sont agréables. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin sur place. On se gare assez facilement. Il y a un petit supermarché pas très loin et c’est au pied de la ligne de tram. Le personnel est très sympathique.

Hébergement pratique (le long de la ligne de tram) et à côté du CHU de Clermont. Bien situé; accueil efficace et agréable. Chambre spacieuse et fonctionnelle et belle terrasse. Tout ce dont on a besoin est disponible : cuisine bien équipée. Rapport qualité/prix ok pour la ville de Clermont.

A priori toit semblait bien avec une arrivee organiqee a distance ( j ai recu sms avec explication vu que le wk pas de reveption ) Tout c est bien passe jusqu a ce que je donne le bain aux enfants et que je la baignoire ne se vide pas. J appelle le numero indiqué et je tolbe sur une dame qui me prend de haut me dit de note le numero de la porte du bas pour rentrer dans la residence ( quand enfin j arrive a en placer une, j explique mon pb) On me rappelle 5 mn pour changement de chambre _ tout a demenager ( lit parapluie ) les affaires des enfants.... nous avons d ailleurs oublier des choses. La deuxieme chambre avait une serrure qui bloquait. Impossible de fermer a cle la nuit. Bref...

Hotel bien placé et proche de plusieurs services. Bonne insonorisation (Malgré un match dans le stade à côté on a rien entendu) Petit soucis concernant le ménage. La salle de bain n’était pas super propre et pareil pour la vaisselle.

Établissement vraiment très très bien
Notre séjour dans cette établissement a été au dessus de nos attentes. Établissement très propre literie très confortable, la propreté de notre studio rien à redire. Nous avons grandement apprécié le parking sous- terrain. Nous y reviendrons et le recommande vivement
