"This was a great choice because of the proximity to the State Farm stadium. They gave us complimentary drinks and appetizers. Breakfast was delicious. There was an omelet station. The staff were friendly and very informative. I would recommend this hotel. 5 stars in my book"

"Unfortunately I booked a standard room, so the minibar in my room did not come stocked with any drinks or snacks. More importantly, I did not notice till the evening before checking out that my shower did not produce hot water. Last, the breakfast at Southern Elements was grossly overpriced. Base price for 2 people was more than $80 dollars, and the breakfast itself was nothing spectacular. The restaurant also neglected to return my credit card upon paying the bill, a fact I did not notice till I tried to pay admission to the botanical gardens. Huge waste of time and money that I found very annoying"

"All is good. Only complaint is the shower set up, curtains are so slight high that the water coming down drips onto the floor , and then the shower head isn’t secured correctly that water sprayed out over the curtain on the floor having to use the small towel to block it from wetting the floor more, lastly sink is very very small and no where to place the soap. Aside from that the breakfast was fantastic and beds were comfortable, definitely will come back again!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hotel Phoenix Atlanta Downtown. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel was truly flawless, every detail felt fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully cared for. The customer service was equally impressive. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. Valet parking was exceptional, especially considering the challenges of nearby construction and the large crowds from local events. The team handled everything smoothly and efficiently, which made a big difference in our overall experience. One of the best features is the location. The hotel sits directly across the street from both State Farm Arena and Mercedes-Benz Stadium, making it an easy and safe walk to events, no stress, no hassle. We also appreciated the thoughtful in-room touches like reasonably priced drinks and snacks, along with the cozy, comfortable robes. It really added to the experience. For everything you receive, the hotel is very reasonably priced. We’ll absolutely be staying here again for future events, this will be our go-to spot in Atlanta! "

"The staff were lovely but sadly they seem to have a roach problem at the Westin. I moved rooms the first time I saw a roach, but ended up leaving the hotel early when the second room also had roaches. They need to do some work on the property. Not a comfortable stay."

"Sways restaurant was so rude and did not make any of my breakfast choices correct. They did not know how to make a poach egg but it was in their menu, also my breakfast took 43 minutes to come out. The valet supervisor was the worst. He drove my Audi and left trash inside. Three cps with a liquid inside. he then proceeded to call me a liar and shrug his shoulders. he was very dismissive and rude. "
