The room was clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and always polite. We received transportation accommodations to one of our appointments and the driver waited for us to bring us back to the hotel. the hotel needs more maintenance, the room they gave me when I arrived, the A/C unit did not work, they change the room and the A/C Unit was very noisy, the bathroom curtain was old and ripped, the door lock was missing one part so it did not work, excelent staff, very kind, the breakfas was ok

I have traveled the world and this was one of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed at. The room was small, outdated and dirty. The bed was tiny and uncomfortable. The food was awful and the customer service was rude and dismissive. When I wanted to discuss issues with my reservation with the manager, the manager was never present. In the USA Marriott is generally recognized as a quality hotel. How this hotel ever became a part of the Bonvoy group and to have the Marriott flag is incomprehensible I would not recommend that anyone stay at this hotel.
