First of all the customer service provided mainly by Margherita is EXCEPTIONAL, she was in contact as soon as the room was booked providing with all necessary info. We had free parking pass which was given to us as soon as we arrived. The room was clean and modern with an amazing little cute terrace. "We loved our stay at this perfect hotel! Located in the middle of EVERYTHING, walking distance to great sights and restaurants, super nice staff who treated us like family. And talk about a Breakfast! It was wonderful, so many choices, but most importantly staff that seriously want to give great service. Please thank them for their welcoming kindness. The room was perfect, simple elegance. And I have read complaints about the small shower. Well, the bathroom is roomy, it has wonderful light, and yes the shower is "Italian small", but it was fine with great water pressure. This hotel right next to the Arena is a jewel. We could not have asked for more!"
