After booking a king bed handicap room, we were told they overbooked and the best we could get was 2 queens. Hallways were very musty smelling, and the carpets were in dire need of a good vacuuming. They did have dehumidifiers in the hallways to combat the wet smell?

The pool is was not useable. There was NO tiki bar and NO restaurant as advertised. Only less than a 1/3 of the building was open.
