"This is an older property in need of updates . On the plus side is a staff that works hard to help you have a nice stay. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. On the other hand the old air conditioner keeps the temperature uneven and is quite noisy. There were spots of mold in the tub and the hallway has a stale odor."

"Room clean & exactly what we needed. Easy & plentiful parking. One of the better hotel breakfasts we experienced on our 2 week loop around Kansas. But the star of what made this experience extraordinary was the friendliness & helpfulness of the afternoon desk person (wish I had asked her name! but I did not). She recommended The Bluff…..it was perfect! Local flavor & vibe :)"

"This motel could use some updating but the price and being able to park right in front of our door was great considering that my husband was recovering from surgery and unable to walk very far. I try to stay in privately owned motels when they are available. If we travel that way again I will try to stay there again."
