"I’ll start with the good. The staff was quite nice, the bed was comfy, and breakfast was fine. The bad- I chose the hotel because it has a restaurant and bar, but neither was open the days I spent there. My room was not that clean, in fact the coffee pod from the previous guest was still in the machine. And the staff didn’t bother cleaning it between days while I was there- no fresh towels, no coffee pod replacement, etc. There was a plastic bag over the fire/smoke detector in the room, and I asked the desk staff about it. They told me maintenance would look at it, but they never did so I just took it off. And the sliding door to outside would not latch and lock. I was on the second floor, so it wasn’t a big deal to me, but it might be to others. Overall, it was just sorta dirty and sketchy. "

"I like this motel and stayed there 3 x over the past year. Nicely remodeled and excellent value for money. Will stay there again. Left a nice tip at the end they were that good ."

"My stay was great, room was clean, nice balcony, staff was friendly. My only complaint is that there wasn’t a microwave in our room. This is my second time booking this property. My first stay wasn’t that great, but this one made up for it. Thank you!"

"The room smelled horribly of a wet dog! The pillows and sheets smelled there is mold around the shower stall, stains on the counter and just horrible looking"

"I dont normally leave reviews but i wanted to with this one. The hotel needs a little love, but it wasnt terrible. The moment i walked in, the smell of mold was present, and has been my ENTIRE stay. But i dont think this can be helped - they are by a river. I am not sensitive and so far my husband has not been either, and he has allergies. This may change come morning though. The bed is comfortable. A little on the firm side for me, but i am also half the size of my husband who literally just laid down, rolled over, and conked out lol The room is nice. It needs some cosmetic help in the ceiling cracks but that is just nitpicking. Great location. By A LOT of places that makes it convenient, including a target, pet store, and comic book store. I wouldn't stay here again, (or it wouldn't be my first choice) but im glad i did on this trip."
